Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 4-5 days from the date of purchase. If 4-5 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Availability (Important)

  • Currently, returns are NOT available.
  • If the return option becomes available in the future, a ₹150 pickup/handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount for return pickup and processing.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may apply)

Sale Items

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items
  • To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at {email address}

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after the return is approved
  • If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping and pickup charges (₹150) will be deducted
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for expensive items
  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items
